HUGE HIDDEN FIROID IN HYSTEROSCOPY
A large 6X5 cm posterior wall fibroid was initially not AT ALL seen on hysteroscopy. Actually it was indenting the cavity and displacing the endometrial cavity. When Intrauterine saline pressure was reduced then this fibroid started coming in vision . Slowly it occupied the entire uterine cavity. One should always look for such hidden pathologies . The Same fibroid was removed laparoscopically without opening the uterine cavity.
