Freight Operations on the Black River and Western Railroad

Here's a side of the Black River and Western that not to many people are familiar with - the modern day revenue. Some of the Black River's freight operations include shifting/storing tankers filmed with liquified petroleum bound for Aeropress (served by Norfolk Southern), and hauling lumber and plywood for KB Services in Ringoes, NJ. Current freight power up in Three Bridges is former Canadian Pacific SW1200RS #8159, which has unfortunately been vandalized with graffiti a couple of months prior. We see BDRV 8159 with the southbound trip to Ringoes at the following locations: Three Bridges, Raritan River Truss Bridge, Pennsylvania Ave, Central Ave in Flemington, Johanna Farms Rd, Hampton Corner Rd, Toad Ln and Ringoes yard. At Ringoes, 8159 drops off the loaded lumber car and takes out an empty SP boxcar, which is then humped and brought north to Three Bridges. We see the northbound trip at Copper Hill Rd, Flemington Station and Three Bridges. At Three Bridges, they met NS local H76, which has just finished working the yard and is about to head out for Aeropress. They're soon underway with NS SD40-2 3360 and NS GP38-2 5664 for power.

*For those wondering, the locomotive has been repainted since October of 2015 into a black and white Black River scheme. Also has been renumber to #1259 to match it's class as a 1200hp engine.
