Fabricating Steel Sawhorses

This video shows the process of making saw horses from raw material to finished product. The material used was 1.5" x 2" x .125" steel tube for the tops, 1.5" x 1.5" x .125 steel tube for the legs, and heavy duty piano hinge. The small pieces of hinge I used are only temporary until the full length hinge comes in.
