Horsey Gap Beach
The Atlantic Grey Seal (also known as the Horsehead Grey Seal) comes to this beach every November - February to give birth. When we took this video (December 12), so far 1,986 pups had been born at this beach, and over 363 just that week! We got to see one that was only an hour old.
Our battery was almost dead and we forgot to grab the second battery, so there is not much to the video. It was a gloomy, cold, windy day, so maybe we will go back with a full battery on a prettier day!
