MUSSEL CRACKER AND BANK STEENBRAS - SPEARFISHING 2020 SOUTH AFRICA

What an awesome day we had spearfishing 2020 South Africa. Started out really bad with a big surf and loosing a drone while surf launching. Water was a little cold at 16.5 in the deep sea so we were all dressed with 5mm open cells. On my first dive i felt like freediving as there was about 400 - 500 shad.
Headed out to the shallow reefs spearfishing mussel cracker and knife jaws but could not find any as the swell was big and the surge was strong.
Headed to some deeper water 20m+ and got some decent fish.
I shot a couple of knife jaws and red stumpnose and Pottie managed a PB bank steenbras of 7.5kg and a 12kg mussel cracker.
