1. Access Google Search ConsoleNavigate to Google Search Console, click Start nowSign in with your Google account.2. Add a New PropertyClick on the "Add Property" button.In the modal that appears, select the "Domain" option.Enter your domain name without any prefixes (e.g., example.com).Click "Continue".3. Obtain the TXT Verification RecordGoogle will provide a unique TXT record in the format: google-site-verification=XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.Copy this entire TXT record; you'll need it in the next steps.4. Do you manage your website or do you have an agency who manages your website?

4. Access Your Domain's DNS SettingsLog in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare).Navigate to the DNS management section. This section might be labeled as "DNS Settings", "DNS Management", "Zone Editor", or "DNS Records".5. Add the TXT Record to Your DNS ConfigurationLocate the option to "Add" a new DNS record.Set the record type to "TXT".In the "Name" or "Host" field, enter @ to represent the root domain. Some providers might require you to leave this field blank or enter your domain name; consult your provider's documentation if unsure.In the "Value" or "Content" field, paste the TXT verification record you copied from Google Search Console.Set the TTL (Time To Live) to the default value or the lowest possible setting (commonly 3600 seconds or 1 hour).Save the new TXT record.6. Confirm the TXT Record AdditionDNS changes can take some time to propagate across the internet.Wait approximately 5-10 minutes, though in some cases, it might take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect.7. Complete Verification in Google Search ConsoleReturn to Google Search Console.Click the "Verify" button.If Google detects the TXT record, you'll receive a confirmation of successful verification.If verification fails, wait a bit longer and retry, as DNS propagation might still be in progress.
