Welcome to my new series "A Girl With Anxiety Tries" where I try to combat my anxiety and push my comfortability by trying new things by myself. Today I decided to try beach yoga in Santa Monica. I wanted to start here because I am a Pisces and water is calming for me and it was important to have something of comfort around to ground me while I venture off on my own!
