what I eat in a day|| raw vegan | gut health | weight management | menstrual supplements

Today’s video was all about my raw vegan meals! I am not a raw vegan, however I do eat raw until 4 and on some days I don’t eat any cook food at all. I don’t require a lot of food and I contribute this to my high fiber plant based lifestyle. I really focus on eating intuitively and letting my body tell me what it needs and when it is ready to eat. This has worked well for me in maintaining a healthy weight, also keeping my gut in tip top shape!! Ingredients for today’s meal:

Tropical Smoothie Bowl..

Frozen mango | pineapple | dragon fruit | passion fruit.
3 burro bananas
8 oz coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Blend until creamy!!

Toppings:

1 tablespoon dried mulberries
1 tablespoon goji berries
1/2 teaspoon coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Green Juice..

2 large cucumbers
5 stalks of celery
1 half pineapple
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of parsley
1 thumb size ginger
1 thumb size turmeric
1 lemon
small piece of jalapeño (optional)

Fruit Bowl..

3 envy apples
4 oz coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Salad Bowl..

2 cups of spring mix lettuce
1 cup of romaine lettuce
2 japanese cucumbers
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut
2 tablespoons of pickled onions
2 tablespoons of black olives
1 whole avocado

Dressing:

1 tablespoon basil infused cold pressed olive oil
2 tablespoons sweet lambrusco vinegar

Menstrual Support Herbs:

Red Raspberry
Dandelion Leaf
Stinging Nettle
Yarrow
Shepherds Purse
