What Should (and Shouldn't) Be on Your Commercial Real Estate Resume
What Should (and Shouldn't) Be on Your Commercial Real Estate Resume // Especially in the competitive job environment we're in today, when you send in a resume for an open position, your resume is going to be scrolled through next to dozens, if not hundreds of other applicants that are competing for the same role as you.
And to stand out, all you have is 1-2 pages of text to demonstrate why you’re the best fit for the job and can solve the problem this company has better than any other candidate in the resume pile.
And if HR or the hiring manager has to go through 100+ resumes, that means that you’re going to have to do something that makes you stand out quickly, and you’re not going to be able to waste any precious real estate on your resume to convey your skill sets and experience (see what I did there?)
So to help with that, in this video, we're going to break down three "must-haves" in your CRE resume right now that will help you beat out the competition, and three "must-deletes" that end up wasting valuable space and actually detract from your chances of success when applying for a CRE analyst or associate role.
If you're working through the job search right now or thinking of making a move in the near future, make sure to check out this video first.
