Lady Niguma’s Chakra Yoga Sequence, as taught by Lama Kristina Pao Cheung and Geshe Michael Roach. I learned the sequence 2010-2011 while studying abroad in Hong Kong. I am deeply grateful for this Yoga form, which works on the “energy” dimension of our being. Learning this form of Yoga, along with Qi gong, and various Tibetan Buddhist practices, are what inspired me to become an acupuncturist. May this sequence benefit your heartmind, body, and spirit!
