OCI Card for Minor applicants - How to apply?

India do not have the policy for dual citizenship as a result their nationals living in foreign land needs to apply for OCI card if they are now a citizen of other country and would like to retain their residence status in the country. For us Jesmyra was born here in Canada and since her roots are from India she is eligible to apply an OCI card.
