Gray fire station goes days, weeks without responding to calls

GRAY, TN (WJHL) s homeowners in Gray push for de-annexation, City of Johnson fire call logs reveal the fire station they help fund has the lowest call volume in the entire city.

According to public records, firefighters in that zone responded to just a little more than 100 fire and medical calls from November 2014 through November 2015. In one case firefighters in that zone went 25 days without responding to a single call, according to the call logs.
