Locomotive Stalling on Turnouts on Model Railroads - Investigation in HO Scale

In this exciting video, I test four different turnouts to investigate locomotive stalling. Locomotives are from Athearn, Broadway Limited, Bowser, and Walthers.

Turnouts are:
Atlas #6
Atlas #8
Peco #5 Insulfrog
Peco #6 Unifrog

Some conclusions:
Slower speeds are more likely to stall (not surprising)
Generally the six-axle locomotives had few problems (also not surprising)
The Broadway Limited locomotive stalled where ever and whenever (still not surprising)

I also discuss some mistakes I have made in wiring turnouts.
