I recently started using this shake for my bulking season, and it has literally help me reach my bulking calorie goal of 4,000+ every day. I have already gained 10+ lbs just by drinking this everyday for my breakfast since two weeks ago. Recipe and Macros:
1 cup of Quaker Oats - 300 cals
5 tablespoon of Peanut butter - 470 cal
2 bananas - 220 cals
2 Cups of Milk 2% fat - 240 cals
Blueberries and Raspberries - 20 cals
Or 1 cup strawberries - 50 cals
