The Division 2 – Pestilence “Tipping Scales” DPS Build 🔥☣️

This is my Pestilence Tipping Scales DPS build for high-tier content, escalations, and aggressive solo gameplay in Tom Clancy's The Division 2!

The goal of this build is simple: stack insane Critical Hit Damage, melt enemies with Plague of the Outcasts DOT ticks, and stay alive with smart utility and aggro control.

🔥 Weapons
☣️ Pestilence Exotic LMG
• Main source of damage
• Plague of the Outcasts DOT spreads between enemies and constantly pressures groups

🎯 Lexington Named AR with Optimist
• Great long-range accuracy and stability
• Strong follow-up weapon when repositioning or finishing targets

⚡ Quickstep Named Pistol with Sports Mode
• Grants 20% movement speed
• Perfect for mobility, repositioning, and fast rotations

🛡️ Gear Setup
⚖ 4pc Tipping Scales (including backpack)
• +30% Magazine Size
• +30% LMG Damage
• Full Throttle grants up to 25% Weapon Handling AND 200% Critical Hit Damage
• The Tipping Scales Backpack boosts Full Throttle even further up to 350% CHD 🤯

💨 Exodus Gloves
• When your armor breaks, drop a smoke bomb and become invisible to enemies for 2 seconds
• While out of combat, you fully heal both armor AND health
• Perfect for dropping aggro and recovering during high-tier escalations

💥 Equalizer Chest from Unit Alloys
• +5% RPM
• Perfect Obliterate grants up to 24% weapon damage
• Huge DPS increase once stacks ramp up

🧰 Skills
🎭 Decoy
• Forces enemies to target the decoy while you safely beam them down

🐝 Revive Hive
• Extra survivability and self-revive when things go bad

This build combines HUGE crit damage, smooth weapon handling, DOT pressure, survivability, and mobility into one aggressive setup that absolutely shreds enemies.
