Aoyue 968A+ Repair

I pulled this sad Aoyue 968A+ out of a dumpster. Broken potentiometer and broken display cover. It gets positive reviews so I wanted to take a look at why someone who could use such a thing would actually throw it out. I suppose that I found the answer....

Very specific: poor build quality on the soldering.
