Complete production season at the West Virginia Distilling Co. Making Mountain Moonshine, the entire process. It's a little long at 2.5 hours so skip around to the parts that interest you. I used the data I gathered to write a Manual available on Amazon called: Distillery Operations: How to Run a Small Distillery.
The video covers all the processes I went through to make my products from Cooking, Fermenting, Single Run, Double Run, Blending, Bottling and Making Oak Chip Aged Moonshine

The sound gets a little crummy at the end of the video. My videographer had other work and I had to shoot it all myself with sub- optimal equipment.
