Ingredients
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large egg yolks
2 1/2 cups (250g) cake flour, plus extra as needed
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2/3 cup (160g) sour cream
Vegetable oil, for the bowl
