Mind-Body Healing Expert: Dzhemile's Journey from Crimea to Philadelphia
Not every healer's journey begins with a textbook. In this episode, we meet Dzhemile Dzhabbarova, a clinical psychologist whose path from Crimea to Philadelphia carries over a decade of healing expertise.
Dzhemile grew up in Crimea from age 4, earned the Psychologist of the Year award in 2022, and specializes in an integrative approach combining traditional psychotherapy with body-based and breathwork practices. Now based in Philadelphia, she's completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her mind-body toolkit for American clients.
With over 13,000 Instagram followers and extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, families in crisis, and adults navigating trauma, Dzhemile's story is about carrying healing wisdom across borders.
