GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTALLATION

The Dion Engineering filling machine is a semi-automatic unit with two filling heads. This filling machine is suited for filling into bottles or containers.
HOW TO WORK THE FILLING MACHINE?

The filling machine has two dosing pistons, ending with dosing nozzles. The product feeding is realized through the Maine product pipe and dosing nozzles.
At starting the filling process, both pistons get down and the dosing nozzles get into the bottle’s openings. First, product starts flowing from one of the dosing nozzles and respectively it fills the first bottle. The other dosing nozzle does not feed material, until the filling of the first bottle / bottle is not completed. If filling machine stop, the product goes through return back pipe to the reception vessel or pasteurizer. When start again filling machine, the filling goes in the bottles
