Life was a lot simpler prior to the widespread smart device invasion. Nowadays, kids as young as 7 years old are often seen with a iphone, or an android device. The drastically detrimental effects of smart devices and a constant connection to the internet has on the developing mind can not be underestimated. The youth is being exposed to far too much information at all times from these devices. Their minds are being inundated with a constant stream of nonsense, not to mention all of the toxic effects on their brain from chronic blue light exposure from these devices. Nowadays, everybody has a cell phone.
