Area Diesel Service Inc has partnered up with Brian Block (bcbloc02) for the fuel injection portion of an engine swap on a vintage Hyster forklift.

bcbloc02 provided six KBAL style mechanical Bosch injector cores for the fuel injection of his 8.3L Cummins Engine, going into the 15000lb off-road forklift.

For this partnership, we got third-generation Area Diesel Service Injector Technician and Service Department expert Tyler Leefers, to perform the injector reman process while Parts and Service Manager, Curtis Owens narrates.

This full process takes a few hours from start to finish with a full set of injectors - we are showcasing complete process on one injector - assessment, external clean up, disassembly, internal parts clean up, reassembly, calibration and testing from core to remanufactured functional injector.

#Remanufactured parts are much like original OEM parts, just that some of the components have lived a previous life.
