I am also explaining how easy it Is to edit/facetune your pictures to the point that it could damage your self esteem. This video also discusses methods on how to spot fake instagram images and so much more. Also showing what angles and posing can do.

BTW: I filmed this video at 3am while having a panic attack, bc i drank an energy drink before filming (felt like didnt get enough air/trouble breathing) so if i seem sad or out of breath thats why. got my new cam equiptment this day and i couldnt wait it out, i had to film that day lol
