To gain an even better understanding of our customers' needs, we invited three of the farmers and contractors from the “Your IDEAL story” project to the Swiss Future Farm in Switzerland. Together with five IDEAL experts from AGCO – from the areas of development, product marketing, product management, service & spare parts and quality management, the customers talked about what is important to them, when buying a new combine harvester, for example, and which developments they particularly appreciate about the Fendt IDEAL.
