The Slow Regeneration of Moyross - Forgotten in 2021?

Síofra Mulqueen reports from #Moyross, one of the most disadvantaged districts in #Limerick City - and learns about life there now in 2021, where problems around homelessness and employment are still prevalent. Regeneration in the area began fourteen years ago - but has it been good enough?

There have been many improvements in an area which was renowned for crime and anti-social behaviour for many years, but the new road that was promised to connect Moyross to the rest of Limerick is still incomplete, and while many houses were knocked, very few have been built in their place - leading to over-crowding in many family situations.

We talk perceptions, job prospects and the two sides of Limerick City after the recent #Forbes article caused controversy.
