1). Packing for your Everest Trek?

2). Where do I get my visa?
You can get a visa on arrival but best to fill out the online application print it and bring it to the counter at the airport, pay the fee and move to the immigration line. This will save you a lot of time.

3). Additional Expenses?

4). Where do I get water?
It is easy to get access to water in all the lodges we use. The only place where it is a challenge is Gorak Shep and you will spend $4 to $6 per liter of water here. The rest of the time water is free, you just need water purification tablets to treat the water.

5). Training for the Everest Trek?

6). Flights options into Lukla?

How difficult is the trek to Everest Base Camp?
The Everest Base Camp trek is considered challenging due to high altitudes and rugged terrain. While it doesn't require technical climbing skills, a excellent level of conditioning and acclimatization is essential.

What is the best time to trek to Everest Base Camp?
The optimal trekking seasons are pre-monsoon (March to May) and post-monsoon (September to December) when the weather is relatively stable, providing clear views and moderate temperatures.

How long does the trek take?
Our itineraries are 15,16 and 18 days long, covering approximately 130 kilometers round trip. We also offer a unique trek to sleep at Everest Base Camp.

Is altitude sickness a concern, and how can it be prevented?
Yes, altitude sickness is a concern. We have added 5 Acclimatization days are built into all our itineraries including 3 nights in Namche 3,500m on the way up the trail. Adequate hydration, slow ascent, Diamox and Ibuprofen are useful aids.

What is the accommodation like during the trek?

What is the food like on the trek?

Are there communication facilities on the trek?
Communication facilities are available in most villages with Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and satellite phones. However, network connectivity may be unreliable, and internet services can be slow.
