Hello and Welcome to another Budget Builds Episode where today we'll be taking a look at a PC I picked up on ebay for £21 which is around $29 USD, after much turmoil attempting to get my internet back after the phone line was destroyed by a run away gazebo I was ready to test my new cheap hunk of cunk....and was pleasantly surprised by the performance that I got out of it.
