I highly recommend you follow the steps in this video to recover from your ankle sprain. I just wanted to pass along some tips and tricks for recovering from ankle sprains. They really suck in the beginning but they don't take too long to heal if you take the proper steps. One treatment I didn't mention in this video but is super helpful is called "Graston Technique", I had it done to my ankle on a few occasions and you feel instantly much better. If it's available in your area definitely check it out for any kind of sprain injury. Hope this helps!

P.S. Keep your feet elevated (above the heart) on some pillows as much you can, speeds up recovery time :)
