We stopped by Marugame Udon to see if their freshly made udon noodles live up to the hype. Everything is made right in front of you, and the line moves fast—but is it actually worth it?

🍽 What we ordered:
* Nikutama Udon (sweet beef + onsen egg)
* Shrimp Tempura

💬 Our honest take:
The noodles were super chewy and fresh, and the tempura had that perfect crispy texture. The Nikutama was the standout, but the tonkotsu broth felt a bit lighter than expected.
