Tool 1: a 6am daily summary that scans all missed calls and unread messages and fires it to the office inbox. Built in Claude. Working.

Tool 2: integrating ServiceMate with LeadZilla so they talk to each other through the customer pipeline. Hours in. Still not cracked it.
