Dry Red Chillies (വറ്റല്‍ മുളക്/ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 20 Nos (20gm)
Shallot (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 50 Nos (200gm)
Tamarind (വാളൻപുളി) - Small Gooseberry Size (15gm)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1 Sprig
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1 Teaspoon
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2+¾ Tablespoons
