घर पर बनाये सिर्फ 2 स्टेप में परफेक्ट मार्केट जैसी काजू कतली || Easy & testy Kaju Katli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup (400g) cashews
1 cup (400g) sugar
1 cup (400ml) milk
1 tsp ghee (optional, for greasing)
1 tsp rose water or ¼ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
Edible silver leaf (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cashew Powder
Grind Cashews: In a blender, pulse 1 cup of cashews and Sugar until fine (about 1 minute). Avoid over-grinding to prevent them from turning oily.
Add Milk, grind & make fine paste
Step 3: Make the Dough
Heat a pan and add grinded paste.
Cook Until Dough Forms: Keep stirring on low to medium heat until it forms a smooth, soft dough that leaves the sides of the pan.
Add Flavoring (Optional): Add rose water or cardamom powder to the dough for a subtle flavor.
Step 4: Roll and Cut the Kaju Katli
Transfer and Knead: Remove the dough from the heat, allow it to cool slightly, then knead it gently for a few seconds to make it smooth.
Roll the Dough: Grease a sheet of parchment paper with ghee and place the dough on it. Place another sheet on top and roll the dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into Diamonds: Remove the top parchment, and with a sharp knife, cut the dough into diamond shapes.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Add Silver Leaf (Optional): Place edible silver leaf on top of the Katli for a traditional finish.
Serve or Store: Let the Katli cool completely and gently separate the pieces. Serve fresh or store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
