Glen Campbell By The Time I Get To Phoenix Album LP 33⅓ Good Quality

The audio recording from my recently purchased Glen Campbell album: By The Time I Get To Phoenix. This album also features his hit single, I Wanna Live. I apologise for white surface noise, this is my first attempt at digitalising an LP.

This album claims to be recorded in "Stereomonic", i.e. being good to play on both stereo and mono phonographs. I remain unconvinced that the audio is best listened to in stereo. 1967 (album year) was a prime time for releasing what is known as "fake stereo" (little more than a delay between the ears and increased reverb to give the impression of stereo), and Capitol Records (the original producer of this album (Album is UK Version produced by Ember)) was known to have dabbled in fake stereo for the sake of sales. I do not have any proof of this, but for the sake of preference please find below two download links, one for mono, the other for stereo, if you wish. This YouTube video is in stereo.
