Creamy paste with mushrooms

Ingredients:
Pasta (any pasta)
Cream (I have 20 %, you can more/less %) - 200 ml.
Champignons - 8 pcs.(medium)
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 head
Salt/pepper (to taste)
Sugar is a pinch
Broth (to taste)
Instructions:
Boil the paste as much as it is indicated on the package.
We heat the pan, pour the oil, throw a clove of garlic (chopped into 2-3 parts).
After 1.5 minutes, add the onion, and remove the garlic.Fry the onion for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, broth (any, to taste), pepper, a pinch of sugar- caramelism.
As soon as the deposit with mushrooms has acquired caramel color - pour cream.
Let the cream thicken.If desired, you can add dry parsley.Enter our pasta, mix well, let the tastes mix for a couple of minutes on the lowest heat and our paste is ready.
