INGREDIENTS:
140g Butter (soften at room temperature)
50ml Sunflower oil
100g Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
50g Desiccated coconut
40g Cornstarch
1 tsp Baking powder
250g Plain flour
Extra desiccated coconut for coating.

Bake at 170'C for 17 minutes or until slightly browned.
