Natalia Smirnov completed her PhD in Learning Sciences at Northwestern University. She is the founder of Ludic Liberation (https://www.ludicliberation.com), a member of the organizing and programming team of Incite Seminars (https://inciteseminars.com), and the founding Editor of Refuse: A Journal of Iconoclasms (https://refusejournal.com).

- Ways that refusal creates an exigency for recovery (of self, soul, sanity) and what is entailed in that process
- Refusing to pin down, to judge, and to interpret ourselves and others (in the spirit of faithfulness to the fullness of reality)
