Excavator accident by falling trees

Human error is one of the biggest problem that we faced. Recently, a workplace accident just happened in Gorontalo, Indonesia. A heavy equipment, one unit excavator that used to be helping them making a new place to re-plant the trees, just crushed out into one useless junk by a one big falling tree. People at the workplace should be relieved, because the tree only hit the back cabin part of the excavator, the machine’s cabin to be exact, so there are no victim and no one’s hurt.
