Does the taxpayer put enough funding into the health and care system? Robert Ede, Head of Policy Exchange’s Health and Social Care Unit was interviewed on the Nick Ferrari show on LBC, responding to a speech from Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP to the NHS ConfedExpo in Liverpool, in which the Health and Social Care Secretary suggested that continuing to grow the NHS budget ahead of the rate of economic growth was neither “desirable, nor necessary”.
