Pairing today's video with a beer was a simple choice, with 'Oh Fudge' from Prarie Artisen Ales, an11% Pastry Stout. I was honestly taken aback by the nose on this one... a bit of lingering fermented fruit is the closest thing I can compare it to. This beer was not open, and showed no other signs of infection, but something was just not quite right about this brew.
