We'll be sharing some insight into the weekly session regime, how to stay motivated on camp, keeping up with nutrition, and triathlon travel hacks, as well as everything you need to know about triathlon training at Club La Santa!
Jumping straight from the 1500m olympic trails onto a plane the next morning, Lucy already had a great base of swim strength in the bank. This camp was all about maintaining that swim while building up the bike and run ready to dive feet first into race season!
