I LOST 10 LBS IN 2 WEEKS // SNAP BACK ROUTINE

Hi friends!

This is my "snap back" into shape routine that I always turn to when I have been slacking on my health and fitness game! I decided I was going to do this routine in the 2 weeks after thanksgiving to prepare for "Holiday party dress season" LOL.

I wanted to once again stress that this is NOT a long term routine. This is only a temporary routine that I turn to when I am wanting to kickstart my results, as well as "snap back" into a health and fitness mindset.

I've been losing/maintaining weight for about 2 years now, so I am very familiar with what works for my body and what doesn't. That said, every time I do this routine, the results are different.

If you decide to try this routine, just remember to be realistic and remember that everyone's bodies are different and what works for me, may not be as effective for you.
