Electrostatic Motor Powered by Air Purifier Necklace

This is a simple electrostatic motor powered by a USB rechargeable air purifier necklace. The necklace uses a negative ion generator to purify the air. The tiny generator produces a high voltage but very low amperage charge that is enough to run an electrostatic motor.
