I receive many vague messages from folks looking for support, and I expect that you might ask for help from colleagues, a professor, or managers the same way: extremely vague.

When I was a new full time employee at the federal reserve following undergrad, I received amazing advice from an economist about a better way to ask for help, and I’m sharing that in this video.
