The Man Helping Young Dads Thrive As Parents

Ellen welcomed Sheldon Smith, founder of The Dovetail Project, which helps young Black and Latinx dads of color thrive as fathers. He explained how he was raised by teen parents, and how having his own daughter at a young age changed his life for the better. Thanks to Ellen's friends at TisBest, Sheldon was also surprised with a check for $10,000 to support his non-profit!
