The popular quote, “Eat Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper”, by a well-known American author and nutritionist Adelle Davis, made skipping breakfast, literally a sin. This was not very long ago, but does breakfast really deserves the importance people give it, or is it just pure overhyped marketing, like a lot of other health and nutrition concepts?
