PAKO 3 - Third time's (not quite) the charm?

Pako 3 is the latest in the superb police chase arcade series that's been appearing on app stores over the past few years. Essentially the really exciting bits of GTA without all the walking and talking, the game throws you into a car and then sets waves of law officers in hot pursuit. This latest instalment changes the formula slightly, binning the more open areas of the first games for a more contained, level-based approach. But is this an innovation too far?
