Cicoparser: Full game reverse engineering

Conversion of game into C++ with cicoparser and IDA disassembler. It took just 25 minutes to get a fully working application from assembly file. All kinds of problems covered:
- indirect calls
- cross function jump
- infinite loops
- sp-analysis failures
- MS-DOS api interrupt calls
