Horseback riding trail in Colorado

POV: You’re horseback riding through the mountains in Estes Park, Colorado. 🐎⛰️ The National Park Gateway Stables (located at the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park at the Fall River Entrance or North Entrance and just next to the Fall River's Visitors Center and Gateway Store) offers pony rides for kids ($10 - $30), and hour-long horseback rides for all ages & skill levels. Their 2-hour ride is the most popular ($115), but you can go for a full-day ride for 8-9 hours if you’re feeling adventurous! All rides go into Rocky Mountain National Park. 🏞️


📍Location: 4600 Fall River Rd, Estes Park, CO 80517
⏰ Hours: 8AM-4PM Mon-Sun
⌚ Arrive 20 minutes before the start of your scheduled window
👖 Wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, and a sweatshirt or jacket to layer just in case it gets windy or cold
🚰 Bring a bottle of water and a hat. For four-hour riders or longer, bring snacks or a small meal
