Roger Maris - "For The Record" - narrated by Mickey Mantle

(Note: this video has numerous dropouts and VHS artifacts; it's been edited to remove the worst of them but there are still video & audio flaws) This special was aired by Sportschannel sometime during the offseason after the 1985 baseball season. It trace's Maris's career and his personal life with extensive interview footage with Pat, his wife, and personal friends as well as former teammates Clete Boyer and Mike Shannon. This video is definitely watchable but sadly imperfect--maybe a better copy will surface one of these days.
