Making Mango Wine: 1 Gallon

Initial steps to make 1 gallon of mango wine. 11% abv.
Sorry for a few video issues after a software upgrade.
Note: The fermenter has a built in airlock.

Ingredients:
3-5 Pounds (1.361 - 2.268) of mangos
4 1/2 cups of (0.9072 kg) sugar
1/4 teaspoon Wine Yeast
1 gallon (4 liters) filtered water
1 teabag
1/2 lemon (modified 3/2021)
Handful of chopped raisins
